Shipping and Handling
Q: After an order is placed, how long will it take to process it?
A: 3 to 7 business days. (Excluding Weekends And Holidays) After
receiving your Order Confirmation email. Please note these turnaround times may change at any moment due to high volume. For any delays you will receive a
email notification.
*Please allow up to 2 weeks (7-14 days) for your order to be made and shipped. All sets are 100% custom & made with time and effort to ensure they are perfect for you all!*
Q: How many days will it take to ship?
A: The average shipping time is 3 to 5 business days. If you choose express shipping it will be 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed your tracking information.
Q: Do you do pick ups or drop offs?
A: All orders are shipped. There is no option for pick ups or drop offs.
Return and Refund Policy
Q: What is the Return Policy?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges since these are custom designed products & due to Health and Sanitary Reasons. The only exception is if you were sent the wrong item. Please email us within 48 Hours Of Delivery with your Order Number and a Picture Of The Item Received and we will be more than happy to assist you. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Q: What is the Refund Policy?
A: All Sales Are Final. If you have a change of mind or simply don't want the product, BrandedbyShay cannot offer you a refund. Please note refunds are determined an Case-By-Case Basis but we will try our best to work

Preset Press Ons
Q: Which one do I purchase first, nail sizing kit or preset nails?
A: Order the nail sizing kit first if you don't know your nail sizes. If you already know your nail sizes, purchase any preset of your choice with your sizes included.
Q: Do you use gel or acrylic?
A: Yes, either or both are used depending on what the design is. Most nail sets are made with high quality tips as well as quality gel polish.
Our tips alone do not bend like traditional press ons which makes them last for a few wears!
Q: How long does the nails last?
A: With nail glue, roughly 2-4 weeks with proper nail prep. You should have no problem having these last awhile.
The nails themselves are super sturdy and be reused for years if taken care of properly.
Q: Is purchasing a sizing kit always necessary?
A: It is only necessary to buy if you don't know nail measurements for sets. This is optional but it's highly recommended for the accurate fit.
Custom Press Ons
Q: How do I place custom press on orders?
A: If you would like a custom nail set please fill out the "Custom Press-on" form with details (inspo picture, length, & nail size) and we will discuss design & price of the set in email.
Please make sure you know your sizes before purchasing a custom order, if you are not sure we recommend a Nail Sizing Kit.
*Custom Orders Are Organized On A Waitlist And Are Done On A First Come First Serve Basis.*
Q: What are the prices for Custom Press Ons?
A: Prices varies based on set design and nail length. Sets start at $60 and go up from there depending on the design/length. Prices are discussed via email brandedbyshay@gmail.com, after receiving the order form!
